About:
CCIIF mission is to help foster, enhance and preserve the economic ties between Israel and France.
CCIIF field is trade, industry and finance, as well as every related activity.
CCIIF resources come from membership fees, services compensation, events sponsoring, donations.
CCIIF goals are to promote France’s image and its economic attractiveness in Israel, promote Israel’s image and its economic attractiveness in France, help our Israeli companies members to develop their business with France, help our French-related companies members to increase their business in Israel, help French olim insert within Israel market environment (Restart project), intervene when necessary to protect the interests of Israeli companies in France, intervene when necessary to protect the interests of French companies in Israel, lobby governments and official bodies to defend the interests of our member companies.
CCIIF members and sponsors are large groups, midsize companies, small businesses, start-ups banks, VCs, family offices, private equity firms, all investors, incubators, accelerators consulting firms, law offices, accounting firms, individuals, VIPs.

CCIIF provides a good knowledge of French and Israeli market opportunities and challenges, a network of institutional, professional and business contacts in both countries links with France-Israel national and regional “sister” chambers of commerce, leverage of the chamber’s influence and media access to enhance members’ company reputation and their brand awareness in both countries, a group of dedicated volunteers able to provide expertise and advice to members, professional committees operating by economic sector or by region learning events. Julien Roitman is the Executive Chairman of Israel-France Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He owns an Engineering Degree from CentraleSupelec, an MSc from Paris University Pierre and Marie Curie, and graduated from CHEAR (France Centre for High Studies on Armament) to which he later became Advisor. He has been knighted Chevalier in the Legion of Honour.
After an international career with IBM Group where he held management positions in Sales, Marketing, Plans & controls and Headquarters, and took part as first GM to the founding of a joint subsidiary with Dassault Electronics, he became IBM Operations General Manager for EMEA West Region. He occupied this position until his retirement, after which he co-founded FRC Associates, a Consulting Firm specialised in Strategy, Governance & Development, as well as France Competitivite, a National Network of Support to France Innovation Clusters. During this period he was also a Board Member of France-Americas Association and of IDATE, the Institute of Audio-Visual & Telecommunications in Europe.
Mr Roitman was later elected at the head of Engineers and Scientists of France (IESF), an umbrella organization which federates over one million professionals through 180 member associations, and of which he remains Honorary Chairman. He is also the founder of the Cyber Commission of Union IHEDN (Institute of Advanced Studies of National Defense) and was awarded its gold medal after publishing a white book “Cyber : the 4th dimension of National Space”.
