About:
The ILCCI is a bi national chamber of commerce which is a non profit association. The Chamber assists in forging contacts and building bridges between companies and business in both Israel and Lithuania and serves as a lobby for the private business sector. The Chamber focuses its work on life sciences and ICT, through its technology arm, the Israel Lithuania Technology Hub (ILTH)
Services:

The ILTH offers its services and assistance to companies and institutions in both countries. The Hub assists start- ups and mature companies in gaining familiarity in the respective markets and identifies business opportunities, partners, agents distributors, outsourcing, technology scouting, joint ventures and other projects, based on required specific requirements.

The Chamber and Hub also arrange seminars and conferences in which up to date information is presented.

President / Chairman
Len Judes was one of the founders and is the Chairman of the Israel-Lithuania Chamber of Commerce since its establishment in 2009.
Between 2005 and 2010, Len also chaired the Israel - Britain Chamber of Commerce.
Len is a practicing international lawyer with over 24 years experience, he is a partner in the Cypriot law firm of Stelios Americanos & Co and is a Counsellor to a Tel Aviv business law firm.
Len specializes in international aspects of corporate and business law, tax efficient structures, citizenship, real estate and property law.
Zvika Kezurer
CEO
Over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry working with Giants like AT&T, Vodaphone Group, SingTel Group, T-Mobile, America Movil driving Multinational/ Multicultural sales activities over 5 continents.
As Amdocs’s Vice President of Partner Sales, Zvika managed the relationships with Amdocs' partners expending the overall Partner Eco System, assisting them to grow their market value selling their products, and services to Amdocs customers.
During his 20 plus years in Amdocs Zvika has been nominated twice for the Amdocs Sales Excellence Club.
